Their role is pivotal in empowering the church to effectively deliver its mandate, vision, mission, and purpose.
  • Core Leadership (The Pastorate): The core leadership of GLORY TABERNACLE is entrusted with conveying the vision and mission to the ministerial team, workers, and volunteers. They are instrumental in developing and overseeing the execution of all church events. This involves the establishment of teams, departments, processes, systems, and collaborative interactions necessary for achieving GLORY TABERNACLE’s objectives. The core leadership handles the day-to-day administration of the church affairs, providing direction for the ministerial team and workers to fulfill their roles, ministry, calling, and service to the Lord.
  • Ministerial Team: Committed to supporting GLORY TABERNACLE’s leadership, vision, and mission, our ministerial team ensures the seamless conduct of all church events. They offer spiritual, physical, and mental support, providing advisory guidance to the workers.
  • Heads of Departments (HODs): Our team of heads of departments leads their respective groups of workers within their departments. They play a vital role in encouraging, motivating, and spiritually strengthening the workers to function diligently and dedicatedly as a united, indivisible, and formidable team for Christ.
  • Workers: The backbone of the church, our workers are dedicated individuals proud to serve in GLORY TABERNACLE. We invite you to join us and become a worker and a valued member of the Delivery Team. Actively engage in labouring in God’s vineyard within GLORY TABERNACLE to contribute to the successful delivery of all church events.
